I'm Isa — a calisthenics coach and athlete based between Barcelona and Finland.
I've trained for years and coached alongside it, and I'm a recognised face in Barcelona's iconic calisthenics scene — the parks, the people, the culture the sport grew out of. It's where I train, and it's grown into a community of more than 50,000 people who follow and train with me.
